Command Center is an independently developed team engagement tool — not an official product of any company. It is independently hosted and maintained.
Command Center stores only what supervisors enter: team display names, associate first names, game activity (shots, hits, bingo marks), and optional recognition notes. No emails, no accounts, no cookies beyond a local session, no tracking.
Command Center does not collect or store: full last names, employee IDs, customer data, sales figures, personal contact information, or any data automatically pulled from company systems.
All data is stored in a cloud database (Supabase) in the United States. Access is gated behind a team password. No data is shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Active games are retained for up to 7 days. Monthly leaderboard data resets at the start of each calendar month. Names and data can be removed at any time via the Admin page or by request.
