What is Command Center?

A web-based game board for tracking team engagement. Play Ship Strike, Bingo, Fleet Battle, Drop Zone, and Values Board — all through your browser. No installs. No downloads. Associates stay in Teams — you run the board and share results.

Getting Started

Logging In

1. Go to commandcenter.team
2. Select your team from the dropdown
3. Enter your team password
4. Click Log In

If you're the first person setting up

Use the admin password to open the Admin console. From there you can add your team and set up display names.

Ship Strike

Starting a New Game

1. Click New Game on the dashboard
2. Place your ships: click a ship, then click a spot on the board. Press R to rotate. Or click Randomize.
3. Set prize squares: choose how many, click empty squares to mark them gold.
4. Click Confirm & Start Game

Running the Game

1. Associate posts in Teams: "C4!"
2. Click square C4 on the board
3. Type the associate's name (autocomplete after first use)
4. Hit or Miss is detected automatically
5. A popup appears — click Copy to Clipboard
6. Paste the result into Teams as a reply

Copying to Teams

Fleet Battle (Team vs Team)

Starting

1. Go to the Fleet Battle tab
2. Click Create Session → you'll get a 4-letter code
3. Send the code to the other team's supervisor
4. They enter the code and join

Game Modes

• Race: First team to sink all enemy ships wins
• Cumulative: Most hits at the end wins

Recognition — Values Board

The Values Board is where culture lives. Associates share great call stories or moments that demonstrate team values. You log them with one click. Every entry counts toward the weekly tally.

How it works

1. Associate shares a great call or values moment in Teams
2. You pick the value, type their name, add an optional note
3. A celebration popup appears — copy it to Teams for public recognition
4. The weekly tally updates automatically

Exporting the Tally

Click Export Weekly Tally to get a formatted list of every associate and their recognition count. Use this to distribute recognition rewards or share wins with leadership.

Resources

Handoff

No ceremony needed. Any supervisor can log in with the same team password and pick up where the last person left off. Share the password with your team leads — they can step in and keep the game rolling through lunch breaks or across shifts.

Admin

Access the admin console to add teams, change passwords, edit display names, and customize team values. Reach out to your tool administrator for access.
